The seats were made from solid white oak, salvaged from a Missouri barn originally built in the 1890s.  The frames were fabricated from 1" angle steel and 1/2" steel rod and finished with a sealed black patina.  An added feature of this set of stools is that they can be easily disassembled, packed, and shipped in a single box measuring 30"x18"x18".
